I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's right in the center of Livigno and just a short walk to the ski area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was lovely and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. The hotel also had a great spa and wellness area with three saunas, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and the quality of services offered at this venue.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a great choice for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Livigno.

The breakfast included delicious coffee and fresh croissants. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the ski slopes. It was great that the hotel offered a ski room for our equipment so that we didn't have to lug it around.

Our experience was not as enjoyable as we'd hoped. The atmosphere was quite depressing, with dim lighting even during the daytime. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us, and the wellness area was quite poor and not utilized by many guests. In fact, we were disappointed to find that we had to pay extra to use the Jacuzzi, and that we had to hunt down someone to even use it. It wasn't the merry xmas we were hoping for.
