Our room had air conditioning, which was a blessing during the heat wave. the location was convenient, just 1.5 km from Termini and 1.2 km from the Colosseum. We were impressed by the recently refurbished reception and rooms, and our room on the first floor even had a balcony as we had requested. the staff spoke perfect English and were accommodating with our requests. the metro line was only a short 5-minute walk away.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a great experience overall! the complementary hot chocolate and cookies at night were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet had many delicious options. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed being close to the Christmas market, which added to the festive atmosphere. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered a great view of the city.

We felt well taken care of and truly appreciated their helpful and kind demeanor. The kitchen staff and cleaning personnel also deserve a shout-out for their excellent service. Additionally, we loved the location, which was conveniently situated near public transportation and surrounded by great restaurants. The comfortable beds, spacious rooms, strong wifi, and efficient AC were also big pluses. All in all, it was a wonderful experience that offered great value for money.
