Stunning views and spacious rooms! The friendly staff made our stay delightful. Highly recommend the terrace for relaxation! 🥰

Spectacular views from the room and a fantastic breakfast with a variety of options. Only downside was the limited shuttle schedule, which created gaps for dinner plans. Overall, a lovely stay!

the staff here seemed to think they were doing us a favour by speaking to us, how delightful! breakfast was an absolute letdown, but I guess I should be grateful for the one smiling face I saw. a tiny cot for 50eu is outrageous, and I expected better treatment, but I almost thought of giving a good review—just couldn’t.

The shuttle service to town was super handy, and the wash/dryer available for guests saved us big time! Our room had an incredible lake view that was just breathtaking. Highly recommend the relaxing pool area!

Had a lovely 4-night stay in a Small Apartment with Lake View. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, balcony, and great views of the lake. A/C worked well after issues were resolved. Breakfast was decent, but I'd suggest improving the variety. Staff were very attentive and genuinely helpful. Shuttle to town was convenient but could run more frequently.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the family room we had was not just clean but spacious enough for everyone. We loved that breakfast was served outdoors with a gorgeous lake backdrop. The shuttle service was super convenient for quick trips into Bellagio.

we loved our stay at borgo le terrazze! our junior suite was huge, with a fantastic terrace overlooking lake como. breakfast was enjoyable, especially outside with that view. the shuttle was super convenient, making trips to town a breeze. the infinity pool had stunning views too, perfect for relaxation.

Wow, the views from the room were breathtaking! We had a spacious room with a nice seating area right by the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom was great, and the shower was just right. Only downside? The housekeeping staff felt a bit off when I asked for an extra towel, like it was a bother. Still, everything else was on point, especially the comfy vibe of the room and the lovely outdoor breakfast area. I can't stress enough how amazing that view made everything feel.

The route to our room went through the parking garage—thank goodness I wasn't wearing heels! And, oh dear, that breakfast cake was definitely a one-hit wonder.
