Elmwood Motor Court was a great value for the money with clean and cute cottages, fully stocked kitchens, and a convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved the location, as it was close to everything - the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a playground, outdoor games, pool, and grill. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shower was awesome. Plus, the AC kept us cool during the hot and humid days. The trolley transportation was convenient, with frequent stops right by the hotel. We also enjoyed the beautiful trees and picnic area in front of our unit.

We stayed at a super cute cottage that had everything we needed. The cottage was very clean and well maintained, and we appreciated having a grill and picnic table to eat outside. The location was great, close to town and there was a good restaurant across the street. The pool was nice and the nights were quiet. our experience at Elmwood Motor Court was fantastic.

this cute and clean apartment exceeded our expectations during our short break in old orchard beach. the friendly staff, beautiful yard, heated pool, and recent updates were definite highlights. everything we needed to cook and grill was provided, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Clean property with pool and kids' activities. Friendly staff and ready unit with coffee available. Rustic clubhouse with pool, shuffleboard, tetherball, fire pits, and picnic tables. Safe and updated with central air and new bedding.

The two separate bedrooms provided enough space for our whole family, and we loved the screened-in porch for when it rained. The pool was clean, and the ping pong table was a hit. The fire pits were a nice touch, and the fully functional kitchen was convenient. The beautiful forest grounds added to the overall ambiance, and the crickets serenaded us at night. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Scratchy sheets and blankets made for an uncomfortable sleep. High water pressure in the shower caused the bathroom to get wet.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to everything yet still peaceful. the value for the price was great, especially for a family. the hotel provided a full-size refrigerator and sink, which gave us more flexibility with food and snacks for the kids.

That some of the rooms in the apartment didn't have locks, including the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. the shower didn't contain the water very well, leaving the bath mat soaked after each shower.

Our stay at Elmwood Motor Court was wonderful. The unit we stayed in had two separate bedrooms, perfect for our family. The screened-in porch was a great place to relax, especially when it rained. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we enjoyed playing ping pong and using the fire pits. The kitchen was fully equipped and the fridge was spacious. The TV channels provided entertainment and the shower was nice. The beautiful forest grounds and the sounds of crickets at night added to the charm. The location was convenient, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Plus, the AC kept us comfortable!

We would have preferred the beds to be softer, as our shoulders started to ache after a few days. Additionally, one of the lamps didn't work, and we had to deal with cigarette smoke coming in from outside.
