Plus, the view from our room was amazing, showcasing the picturesque canals of the city.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few things we found disappointing. the hotel lacked a common area to lounge in and socialize with other guests.

communication issue with transportation

the room was equipped with exclusive amenities that were beyond expectations. the in-room breakfast was fit for royalty and the staff was attentive to all my needs.

the Sauna/Spa lounge was not yet operational, but it did not hinder my experience at the hotel.

Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the railroad station and is directly next to a charming canal. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Nice location near a canal, beautiful and quite. Nice size bathrooms with shower and bath. Big TV. Helpful staff. Easily accessible from the airport by vaporetto.

The hotel is beautiful, with amazing rooms and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for easy access to Venice and the main attractions. The hotel is also situated away from the noise and crowds, but still within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room and the quality of the bed linen and towels really impressed me. The staff were helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and arranging water taxis. They even made our anniversary extra special when they found out. I highly recommend this hotel.
