Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave us complimentary gifts upon arrival, and breakfast had a good selection of tasty treats. the location was fantastic as we were able to easily navigate around the city and arrive at popular tourist spots. the room was spacious and comfortable which made for a relaxing stay.

The lady at the front reception seemed unhappy and unwelcoming which made us feel uncomfortable. We also had issues with the bathroom as there was not enough space for our cosmetics and the shower leaked water into the room.

Its stylish design and furnishings elevate the experience, and the staff is welcoming and thoughtful, catering to your every need. the location is unbeatable, with fantastic views and easy access to the bustling city. the room advantages are plenty, with generous tea/coffee/water supplies creating a feeling of wellness, and exclusive facilities like a spa and wellness centre, a sauna, a Turkish bath, garden area and more provided.

Though a minor issue, the breakfast buffet could provide more fresh vegetable, salads, cheese and charcuterie options. It was quite cake, heavy, with very little savoury items and no vegetables.

The hotel even customized the breakfast according to my preferences, and the cappuccino with double espresso and almond milk was divine.
