Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was absolutely wonderful. The concierge team went above and beyond to secure a reservation at Jiro for us, and their communication was exceptional. We were upgraded to a Tokyo tower view room on our first night, and the view was breathtaking. Although the room was initially on the smoking floor, the staff promptly fumigated it when we expressed our discomfort. On our second night, we were upgraded to a room with a Mt. Fuji view, and we were lucky enough to see the majestic mountain. The biscuits and tea in our room were delicious, and the service provided by everyone was the best we've experienced on our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to extend my check-out time and use the club facilities until my departure. The service throughout my stay was prompt and polite. The restaurant in the hotel was exceptional, with delicious food, a beautiful view, and attentive staff.
