My stay at this hotel was exceptional in the history of this beautiful city. The hotel itself is like a museum, with stunning architecture and decor. The rooms are spacious and adorned with gorgeous artwork. The marble staircase in the foyer is a sight to behold. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the lovely verandah restaurant and rooftop bar, where you can enjoy a mid-morning coffee or an Aperol Spritz while taking in the breathtaking views of the city. The breakfast provided is also top-notch, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, like stepping into a fairytale palace. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions. Plus, the hotel offered water bus services and organized airport transfers, making travel convenient.

The customer care was disappointing. the front desk attendants were not very friendly or welcoming, which dampened the overall experience.

We got great value for our money with a beautiful room in a historic apartment, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring all the major sights on foot. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the atmosphere of the hotel made us feel like we had traveled back in time.

The breakfast items could be improved by starting service a bit earlier, especially for guests with early flights or those eager to start their day.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious suite overlooking the Grand Canal. The comfortable bed, turn down service, and sweet treats left by the housekeeper were delightful. The staff, especially Laura, was professional and accommodating, making my partner's birthday special. The hotel's location on the quieter end of the Grand Canal and its proximity to the Rialto district made exploring easy. The traditional Venetian style of our room and the marble bathroom added to the charm. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace, watching the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal. The breakfast buffet and omelette option were fantastic, and the concierge arranged a breakfast bag for our early tour. The warm and hospitable staff made our stay wonderful.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

During my recent stay at Ca' Sagredo, I was amazed by the beautiful historic interiors that exuded the charm of Venice. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from major tourist attractions such as the Rialto Bridge. One thing that stood out was the exceptional room service, which truly made me feel pampered. Breakfasts on the canal terrace were incredibly romantic, creating a truly special experience. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, like the lack of complimentary water and tea/coffee facilities in the room and the ridge in the double sheet, the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel's ambiance transported me back in time and gave me a sense of Venice's ancient glory. I would definitely recommend Ca' Sagredo for an extraordinary stay in Venice.
