My stay was marred by a dreadful lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything from slamming doors to the breakfast chaos starting at 4:30 am, which made resting nearly impossible. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed unprepared, resulting in confusion over reservations and charges, further compounding my frustration.

The front desk staff excelled in customer service, even storing my bags while I explored Machu Picchu. However, breakfast was quite chaotic with shortages of basic items, which detracted from the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the historic center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The character of the renovated mansion adds a unique charm, and the staff were very accommodating.

The breakfast options were just average, lacking some popular items like syrup.

Room upgrade was nice but three beds were odd.

the soundproofing here is an absolute joke, I could hear everything from guests at 4am to spoons in the breakfast room. I woudl ve been satisfied if only I had received a complimentary welcome drink for my troubles, alas, wishful thinking. Really thought I’d have something nice to say, but just couldn’t.

We love the fantastic location, just a short walk from the main square and close to many great restaurants. The heated rooms are a blessing, especially after a day of hiking, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly!

We do notice some noise from the hallways during early morning hours.

let's just say the supposed soundproofing is a terrible joke, woke up to all the sounds imaginable at 4am. breakfast choices? absolutely horrid juices that taste like regret! and, shockingly, no complimentary water! you’d think at least a welcome drink would be provided. i had high hopes for this place but i just couldn't be satisfied.

The location's perfect for exploring cafes and shops nearby. The buffet breakfast was solid, and we loved the food at the hotel’s restaurant. There are great options for room sizes. Plus, the staff were super helpful, storing our luggage while we trekked. Don't miss the coca tea upon arrival!

One of my friends noticed that the rooms on the lower levels had no views out the windows, feeling a bit closed in.

Man, the food at the bar was proper lekker! Brekkie had nice options too, especially the fresh fruit. Loved the location—so close to Plaza De Armas, we could just wander out and soak in the vibe. The staff were super friendly and keen to help, which made a big difference!

The water pressure in the shower was a bit of a jol. could've been stronger, but we managed. Not a deal-breaker though.

We loved the amazing breakfast selection every morning and the hotel’s close proximity to the central plaza was a highlight for our family. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially during our late-night dinner after a fun day at Machu Picchu.

My wife says that the beds were quite hard. A mattress upgrade would really make the stay more comfortable for families.

Perfect stay with awesome breakfast

The vibe at this place is super chill. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially loving the fresh fruit every morning! The location is spot on, just a short walk to everything. Only thing was the water pressure in the shower could've been better, but that didn't ruin my stay at all.

This place was just a commendable fit for a swift visit in Cusco with good price-quality ratio. The breakfast selection was wide, and I really enjoyed the peaceful music from the harpist while eating. Check out the local cafes nearby for a taste of the city.

Good choice for travelers

The staff was really great, going above and beyond, especially the restaurant manager, Juan. He mixed up an awesome Pisco drink that just hit the spot after a long day of trekking around ruins!

Great location, friendly staff, but the wifi was spotty during my stay.
