The location was mind-blowing, close to a laid-back neighborhood and central canal. The breakfast voucher was a super touch, and the owner gave us jaw-dropping recommendations. The staff was friendly and the place had efficient wi-fi, luggage storage, and express check-in/-out. Plus, it had air conditioning and was a no-smoking zone.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and modern room, comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean en-suite bathroom. The hotel is located in a peaceful area by the water, with a lovely bar just around the corner. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the abundance of water bottles available in the common room.

The breakfast experience could be improved by adding milk to the communal tea and coffee area.

The furniture in the room was old and the bed was not comfortable, resulting in backaches. The toilet was very small.

They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, with a charming and quiet atmosphere. the rooftop terrace with a view of the canal was a highlight. the room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having a coffee machine and kitchen amenities available. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable Venice experience.
