The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere. The rooms had superb decorative lighting and we had a room close to the beach. The staff, especially Eve and Sissi, were attentive and helpful. They arranged a shuttle service for us and assisted with printing ferry tickets. The location was convenient, with a 15-minute walk to the main city and a bus stop nearby for easy access to other attractions. The hotel also had a swimming pool and spacious family rooms with balconies and jacuzzis on the terrace.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely kind and professional, especially the gentleman at the reception who provided us with helpful information and even allowed us to have breakfast for free when we arrived early in the morning. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, just like the pictures on the website. The location, although a bit far from restaurants, was worth it in the end because it was very nice and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at this chic hotel with its real Greek vibes. the location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk to Fira, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the reception who answered all our questions. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given detailed information about the room. the hotel even provided us with breakfast boxes on the day we left for the airport. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Santorini.

The hotel is located in a great area, nestled among a residential neighborhood. You'll feel like a local! Plus, it's just a short walk to the center of Thira, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and a bakery. The location is truly convenient.

the staff at Nikolas Hotel were extremely helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist us with anything we requested. the hotel is located in a perfect location, just a short walk from Fira and a two-minute walk from a bus stop. the pool area was perfect for relaxing and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. the owner was particularly amazing, welcoming us warmly and even giving us an upgrade to the best room in the hotel. We were also impressed by the option of a transfer from the port at a reasonable price.

Located in the center of Thira, the hotel is just around 100 meters from the bus stop, offering convenient access to explore the beautiful island. The rooms are clean and spacious, with some even featuring balconies and jacuzzis. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although not the highlight, is fulfilling and satisfactory, allowing you to start your day energized. The hotel also has stable wifi, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay.

There were some issues with the doors in the rooms, which were hard to close, open, and lock.

the room was exactly like the pictures online, and even better in person. the view from our balcony was beautiful, with a glimpse of the ocean and the Greek flag nearby. the color scheme of the room, with the perfect mint green, white, and yellow colors, added a special touch to the overall experience. the staff, including the sweet blonde woman who helped us carry our bags and the friendly pool man, were all very helpful and friendly. the hotel had a boutique style feel without the hefty price tag. the rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a lovely roof terrace with a sea view. the transfer from the airport and to the port was excellent. staying here was definitely worth the money.
