Stunning location with pristine, chemical-free water. The spa experience was incredibly relaxing, with jets, sauna, and steam baths. The room was beautiful and the facilities were stunning. Even though there were some minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms had a delightful Tuscan atmosphere, and I loved waking up to the views of the Chapel and the lush greenery. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying even the pickiest eaters. And let me tell you, the attention to detail was outstanding, from the immaculately clean rooms to the prompt and efficient service.

The location was great and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. the lounge beds and umbrellas were a nice touch and the outside bar was a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly and professional in making our stay comfortable and we enjoyed the variety of treatments offered at the spa. the restaurant food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Overall it was a great way to ring in the New Year.

It was also strange that we had to pay extra for the entrance to the thermal water and all of the spa packages. This made for an expensive stay and we did not feel like we got our money's worth.
