A great place to stay in the city center! The hotel is conveniently located close to the beautiful lake and the pedestrian area where you can find a variety of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and airy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is tasty and fresh, ensuring a satisfying start to your day. Plus, there is a balcony attached to the bathroom, offering a stunning view. The only downside is the lack of a hairdryer in the room.

Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and good coffee. Excellent location close to the port and city attractions. Perfect for excursions around Garda Lake. Elevator available. Cold air conditioner, super clean room and hotel. Quick walk to promenade. Recommend and would stay again. Complimentary glass of wine and wine tasting tour. Comfortable and airy rooms. Nice view from bathroom balcony. Scenic location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodating our extra wishes. The breakfast was great and the location of the hotel was perfect. It was just a 2-minute walk from the waterfront and all the restaurants, and right near the bus station. We loved being close to everything, especially the beautiful lake. The hotel facilities were also excellent, including a rooftop terrace that provided a good spot to relax.

Can't fault the property in any way.

De locatie was perfect voor mij, omdat het hotel vlakbij een prachtig park lag waar ik heerlijk kon wandelen. Gelukkig was het ideaal voor fietsers, omdat het hotel veilige stallingen bood voor mijn fiets. De faciliteiten waren mooi en netjes, en mijn kamer was schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het ontbijt was absoluut fenomenaal. Er was een ruime keuze aan heerlijke gerechten en ik kon zelfs genieten van Netflix op mijn kamer. Kortom, dit hotel bood alles wat ik nodig had voor een perfect verblijf.

Niets verwerpelijks, helemaal geen klachten.
