We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short stroll away from the major attractions. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast provided was quite acceptable. The staff, especially one reception girl, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has several terrace areas where you can sit outside and enjoy the view. We particularly loved the roof terrace with its stunning view of the Dome cupola. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

During our stay at Hotel California, we were delighted by the convenient location, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions, including the Academia museum and the Duomo. The staff at the hotel were also very attentive and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as a small room and a running toilet, these issues were promptly addressed by the 24/7 front desk staff. Additionally, while the breakfast options were limited, we still found it to be satisfactory.

The location is superb. Right beside Duomo. I could see the top of Duomo from where I slept :) Even though I booked a single room, they were kind enough to provide me a double room with a view because the facility had availability which I appreciate! Would definitely consider this place for my next visit.

Spent xmas in Florence and had a great stay at a hotel located just a few steps away from famous museums and historical landmarks. the hotel staff was amazing, incredibly welcoming, and eager to assist. to the excellent service, the hotel's bar terrace offered an amazing view of the city at night, perfect for an evening drink.

The bathroom was old, and the shower constantly flooded. the furniture was worn in places, and there was no sound insulation, so noise disturbed sleep.

the location couldn't have been better, right next to the famous dome. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, very friendly and always willing to assist. They even provided great recommendations for local restaurants. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the room I stayed in was spotless. a great experience in California.

We loved the ideal location of the hotel, right in the heart of everything. The terraces outside were wonderful, and the building had that typical Italian charm that we fell in love with. The staff, especially Francesco and the lovely girl who rode her bike to work, were incredibly pleasant and made us feel like the most important guests there. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a fantastic view of the cathedral from the bar on the 3rd floor. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very good.

We felt very happy with our stay and had no complaints.
