my recent stay in cancun was incredible. hotel & museo casa turquesa exceeded my expectations. the staff was amazing, the room was huge and clean, and the ocean-facing facilities were unbeatable. it was truly peaceful and relaxing.

Tub on the balcony didn't work.

the staff was amazing and we even had the opportunity to release baby turtles from the turtle nest. the building itself was stunning, adorned with beautiful art pieces and boasting great marble floors. Our room was incredibly spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the beach. the hotel was clean and the staff was always helpful and friendly. the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere made it an ideal place to unwind.

No maintenance was done on the hotel, despite its amazing waterfront views. 😕

The pool was pretty nice and not too crowded. the direct access to a beautiful white sand beach was the best part of the trip. We also enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony.

The room was really run-down. Stains on the pillowcases and duvet covers, and the towels were frayed and gray.

The location and views were unbeatable. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food, especially the green chilaquiles, was delicious. Conveniently located near a mall and supermarket.

The hotel has undergone renovations to enhance comfort and quality, and it shows. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer all the amenities you could need, including air conditioning, a mini-bar. The staff here are excellent, providing top-notch service and making you feel like a VIP. Additionally, the pool and beach access are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had no complaints about cleanliness as everything was well-maintained. One of the highlights for us was the stunning art and paintings that adorned the hotel. the pool and the view of the ocean provided a peaceful and joyful atmosphere.
