I loved the modern design and fun atmosphere at the hotel. The facilities were great and the staff really made an effort to make me feel welcome and resolve any issues I had. During my stay, there was a problem with the hot water and spa, but the hotel management took immediate action and even bought us dinner to make up for the inconvenience. Despite some hiccups, I could see that they were working hard to provide a 5-star service. I would recommend this hotel for its modern charm and excellent customer service.
