The staff, especially Karen, were very friendly and provided us with lots of helpful information about the area. The hotel facilities were great, with beautiful views of the Loch from our spacious and comfortable room. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was top-notch. The breakfast included in the cost of our room was delicious, with a great range of food options, including scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the deck overlooking the Loch, which was very relaxing. the location and the staff were the best aspects of our stay.

It would have been nice if the hotel had informed us in advance that the restaurant would not be open on the day of our arrival. Additionally, due to the current circumstances, it would have been convenient to have the option for room service breakfast, especially for parents with young children who require extra attention during mealtime.
