The hotel had a helpful staff who made our Easter stay enjoyable. They provided clean and tidy rooms, which were a great value for the price. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent.

The noise from the street was quite excessive and disrupted our sleep. Our room was located above a restaurant and a street refuse collection point, resulting in loud shouting and crashing late at night and early in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was taken care of. The rooms were beautifully furnished with elegant Venetian furniture, and I was lucky enough to have a room with a nice view of the restaurant. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Another plus point was that breakfast was included in the rate, and I enjoyed starting my day with a wonderful view while having my meal.

Return stay at the Canaletto

This was my third stay at the Canaletto and it felt like coming home. From the warm greeting by the reception staff who remembered my name, to the beautifully furnished room in the wing to the left of reception, everything was perfect. I particularly appreciated how they catered to my friend's gluten-free diet without any hassle. After a long day of walking, the bath and shower in our room provided the perfect relaxation. The breakfast choices were delicious and varied, with options for both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee or tea. The staff also went above and beyond to provide us with helpful advice on visiting Murano and Burano, ensuring our return journey to Piazzale Roma was hassle-free. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore both St.Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. With its helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent location, I am certain I will return to the Canaletto. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square, you are right in the middle of Venice. It's just a 5-minute walk to St. Mark's Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. You couldn't ask for a better position.
