This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. From the modern facilities in the rooms to the thoughtful touches like complimentary makeup remover wipes and a smart meter to adjust the room temperature, they have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location was also perfect, situated within walking distance of all the main attractions. We were able to explore the city easily and return to a cozy and spacious room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. And lastly, the breakfast was top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

We expected more from our city break. the hotel promised a comfortable stay with great facilities and a great location. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern design of the rooms. the owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and gave us great advice on local activities. the location was a plus, close to everything we needed, including a grocery store and shops.

While the owner was helpful, the check-in was a hassle. We arrived later than expected, and the staff had already left.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It's close to the water taxi stop, making it convenient to explore the city. It's also very close to the Ca' D' Oro vaporetto stop, which is a major transportation hub. In fact, the hotel is actually close to everything important in the city, making it easy to visit all the popular attractions.

Despite its great location, the room was a bit small. But since we only stayed for one night, it wasn't a big issue.

The location of Capatron was fantastic - just minutes away from the vaporetto that goes to and from the airport. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and had everything we needed, including complimentary drinks and a mini prosecco bottle in the fridge. While there was no breakfast provided, there were plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Capatron to others. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious and comfortable bathroom. The amenities provided were comparable to a 4-star hotel. the manager was lovely and provided excellent guidance to navigate the area.

There was a serious mosquito problem during our stay, despite keeping all windows closed. Mosquito repellents should have been available in the room.
