Our stay at Novotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The parking situation was a bit of a surprise, but the staff were once again accommodating and gave us two free drinks as a gesture of goodwill. The breakfast was delicious with a generous amount of food. The location was perfect, within walking distance to various attractions and eateries. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay, and the overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.

The location of Novotel was perfect for us, as it was right next to the Museum and Art Galleries. The room was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant, even surprising us with a free bottle of champagne on Valentine's Day. There were plenty of small eating places around the hotel, so we didn't have to eat in. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The gym, though locked, looked well-equipped. The pool was great, and we enjoyed the little cars at the front desk. The view from the room was amazing, and the facilities were modern and clean. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable amenities.
