Great central location, opposite the train station but away from noise down an alleyway. The staff were excellent, always smiley, and the bedrooms were really good and clean. The breakfast was lovely and the staff did all they could for you.

Convenient and well-located. My room was small but comfortable, with power plugs conveniently placed. The breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is hidden but easy to find, and it's in a great location if you're arriving by train. I would recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, staying at this hotel was totally worth the money. The room was comfy and clean, even though it was on the small side. Plus, the location was spot on - super close to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. And can we talk about the staff? They were so friendly and helpful, especially this guy Stefano who had our room numbers memorized.

The breakfast experience could have been better if they had a toaster. That's the only thing missing, really.

The staff were incredibly friendly, hilarious, and accommodating. The air conditioning was great, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and informative, making our exploration of the city much easier. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of all forms of public transport, including the main bus station with frequent airport buses. we had a wonderful experience at Carlton Capri.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus and railway stations. The room was light and comfortable, with a lovely continental breakfast and great coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of character in the room and the absence of refreshments after breakfast, I would still highly recommend this hotel. it was a fantastic experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. Located in a quiet street just a short distance from the canal, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and decorated in Venetian style, with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Brut as a welcome gift in our room. And lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and included in the price of our stay.

It is also close enough to walk to the main bus station with frequent airport buses. The rooms are super clean and the bedding is excellent. The bathroom is spacious, beautiful, and clean. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing swift service with tea and coffee at breakfast. The view from the window is also lovely.

Great location, close to train and bus station so a short walk with bags. Room was clean and lovely, plenty of room for 2 people. It had a balcony which overlooked the rooftops of the city. The hotel is very conveniently located, which allowed us to avoid taking expensive transportation. The surrounding area is enjoyable and authentic, with good restaurants practicing much more affordable prices. Within walking distance, we could visit amazing attractions such as the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and Santa Maria dei Frari church. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and well-appointed, combining the stately and elegant Venetian historic style with modern fixtures and appliances. The staff was very welcoming, advising on nearby attractions, restaurants, and keeping our luggage on the last day.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and there were not enough pillows in the room. the shower setup was also inconvenient, causing water to drip onto the bathroom floor.
