Convenient and well-located. My room was small but comfortable, with power plugs conveniently placed. The breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is hidden but easy to find, and it's in a great location if you're arriving by train. I would recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, staying at this hotel was totally worth the money. The room was comfy and clean, even though it was on the small side. Plus, the location was spot on - super close to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. And can we talk about the staff? They were so friendly and helpful, especially this guy Stefano who had our room numbers memorized.

The breakfast experience could have been better if they had a toaster. That's the only thing missing, really.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. Located in a quiet street just a short distance from the canal, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and decorated in Venetian style, with the added bonus of a balcony overlooking the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Brut as a welcome gift in our room. And lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and included in the price of our stay.

There was absolutely nothing to fault at this hotel.

Convenient location near bus and train stations and Grand Canal. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Amenities like fridge and air conditioning were appreciated. Receptionist Simone was helpful and welcoming.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and water bus station, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a delicious variety of hot and cold options. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, always ready to accommodate any requests.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and there were not enough pillows in the room. the shower setup was also inconvenient, causing water to drip onto the bathroom floor.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering enough space for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet provides a good selection to start the day, including tasty bacon and eggs. The view of the grand canal during breakfast is simply amazing.

The location of this hotel was great, just a 7-minute walk to the main bus terminal and only 2 minutes away from a peaceful and romantic part of the canals with excellent bistros for dinner. Additionally, the hotel was very nice and close to the Grand Canal, making it easy to explore the city.

The value for our money at Carlton Capri was excellent. The room was cozy and had a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the railway station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and even storing our luggage on our last day.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by adding an electric kettle to the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, close to the main bus station with frequent airport buses. It was also close to the water taxi for St Mark's Square and the major water bus route of Canal Grande. The staff were super friendly, very helpful, and supportive with all our requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. this hotel provided excellent facilities and transportation options.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Firstly, the location was perfect and conveniently located just across the river from the train station, which we used to go to Florence. It was also accessible within a relatively short walk to the main attractions of the city. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service at the reception. Finally, the breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of tasty food, offering a decent start to the day.
