The hotel is also close to Accademia bridge and a variety of restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. there are nearby supermarkets where you can buy tickets for the water bus, making transportation hassle-free. The rooms are spacious and mostly clean, with extra pillows and blankets provided. The bathrooms are also spacious and equipped with a bidet. The staff is always ready to help and the building has an elevator, adding to the convenience.

The check-in time is quite short, which might pose difficulties if you arrive late.

The room I was allocated was a fantastic upgrade, it was very spacious and had a balcony with great views of the surrounding area. the room had everything I needed and more. Another great feature of the hotel was its convenient location. It was within walking distance of the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. This made exploring the city very convenient. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

the room was quite cold on the first night, but fortunately, the heating was fixed by the second night. the pillows were quite uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Accademia Villa. the generous size of the room and the secluded yet convenient location of the property made our experience even better. the hotel has a wonderfully warm and inviting feel, with great indoor and outdoor common areas that are beautifully furnished and clean. the staff, especially the girl at the front desk, was very lovely and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was also perfect, with easy access to vaporetto stops, the Academia Bridge, and various areas of the city.

We found a great place to stay, away from the busy tourist area. The hotel is pretty close to the boat station where you can buy tickets to water bus. It's also close to Accademia bridge with a waterbus terminal to all over Venice nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered good options at a reasonable price. The hotel also had a nice patio and terrace to relax in.

We stayed at Casa Accademia for 2 nights during our visit to Venice. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from popular attractions like the Accademia Bridge and Peggy Guggenheim museum.
