The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and just a short walk from the train station. The rooms were beautifully decorated with stylish furnishings and the bathrooms were modern and clean. the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The price of the hotel was quite high, especially compared to other cities in Italy. It was a bit of a splurge for a city break, but I suppose that's to be expected in such a popular tourist destination.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a double vanity in the ensuite, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, central to everything and within walking distance to major sights. The staff, especially Andres and Linda, were fantastic in terms of communication and providing restaurant recommendations. Their attention to detail and customer service was top-notch.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by allowing guests to have coffee in their rooms and eat in the common areas.

Our one-night stay at Casa G. Firenze was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtfully designed property and the friendly staff. Our room was excellent, super clean, and had a charming cafe-like feel. The keyless entry was a convenient bonus. The location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the communal lounge area was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel.
