The Family Two-Bedroom Suite was spacious and clean, perfect for a family stay. A great addition would be another mirror and dustbin in the rooms. While there was only one toilet, the apartment provided a comfortable atmosphere. A minor improvement could be made regarding the towel heater, which was a bit dusty.

casa modelli has an amazing location right near trevi fountain. our two-bedroom suite was spacious, perfect for three adults. the rooftop terrace for breakfast was a highlight, with delicious dishes and beautiful views. the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable.

Shower pressure fluctuated too much, which was downright annoying when trying to bathe!!! Also, those steep stairs to the terrace could use better handrails and might pose a challenge for anyone unsteady on their feet!!!

The rooftop terrace was a standout feature, offering a peaceful retreat with stunning views and a nice breakfast spread of fresh fruits and pastries. The spacious family suite included two bedrooms with a well-placed bathroom between them, making it convenient for our group to stay together comfortably.

However, the steps leading to the terrace were steep, which could be tricky for children or anyone less mobile. We also encountered some temperature and pressure fluctuations with the shower water, which made for a less-than-ideal experience during bath time. Additionally, there was noticeable street noise at times, but it wasn't enough to disrupt a good night's sleep.

the staff were incredibly helpful, always there at a moment’s notice. breakfast on the rooftop was delightful, and you can’t beat the proximity to all the iconic sites! grocery shopping was super easy too.

The family suite was comfy and had a nice layout with two bedrooms and a bathroom between them. The small fridge and kettle were handy. The rooftop terrace for breakfast was a total win, though steps were a bit steep. They had a good amount of towels and toiletries, which was a nice touch. The location near the Trevi Fountain was super convenient but also crowded. Very peaceful inside, though!
