I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel so welcome. The premises were beautiful and well-maintained, with a stunning pool where I could relax and unwind. The restaurant offered a wide array of delicious meals made with fresh, local produce. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options, which showcased the authenticity and flavors of the region. The hotel went above and beyond by being pet-friendly, providing my furry friend with a bed, bowls, treats, and even a new toy!

Located in a very nice valley, Casale Romano Resort E Relais is a convenient base for exploring the East coast of Sicily. The hotel offers excellent service, with individually-tailored meals that provide a real flavor of the country. The rooms may have some minor issues like dim lighting and temperamental hot water, but overall they provide a comfortable stay. Guests can also enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding hills and the nearby coast.

The breakfast selection could be improved to offer a more Italian-style experience.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is situated right next to the breathtaking Gole Alcantara and on the stunning SS185 road, making it an ideal spot for motorbike riders like myself. I was able to park my bike safely inside the gates, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. The back garden, with its pool and scenic bench overlooking the Valley, provided me with the most peaceful and picturesque setting. The food at the restaurant was truly impressive, not to mention reasonably priced. The breakfast chef was accommodating and made me delicious scrambled eggs upon request. The freshly squeezed orange juice from the garden was a refreshing touch. And I can't forget to mention the owner, who was not only a nice guy and fellow biker, but also took the time to chat with me about various topics. I can't wait to visit this hotel again.

The facilities were very good and the rooms were spacious, with kitchen facilities available. The restaurant served outstanding food, especially the Sicilian sausage and Sicilian Lemon cake.- The owners and staff were friendly and welcoming.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with dust and garbage found behind the bed and nightstands, as well as unvacuumed carpets. The towels were only changed every three days, with no cleaning during the stay.
