We had the most delightful stay at a charming Tuscan hilltop hamlet converted into a gracious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the owner was super-helpful and attentive. The separate houses and elegant communal rooms added to the classy ambiance. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also perfect, with a superb family-run trattoria close by for an alternative dining option. we highly recommend this unique and unforgettable experience.

Nothing, it was perfect.

This castle in a great central Tuscan location offers a unique experience. The rooms are clean and the staff is committed to pleasing guests. The breakfast selection is excellent and the restaurant is top-notch. You can explore the picturesque medieval hamlet and enjoy the beautiful gardens near the chapel. The venue is perfect for weddings, with outstanding ceremony and reception settings. Additionally, there is a large clean outside pool with great views.

The pool was freezing, even in July, and the kitchen seemed unprepared for a large group, resulting in limited breakfast options and overcooked pasta.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this historic hotel and loved the rustic charm of the hamlet. It was a peaceful place away from the crowds, but still close enough to important attractions. Our room had a spacious bathroom and beautiful furnishings. We enjoyed the lovely restaurant and the option of gluten-free pasta. the pool area was stunning with beautiful gardens and a great view of the nearby town.

The trek from the parking area to the room was tough with heavy luggage. We also missed having a TV in the room.
