Located conveniently off the motorway, this excellently refurbished castle offers a brilliant stay. The rooms are comfortable with enormous beds and spacious bathrooms, as mentioned in a review. The staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant serves fantastic meals, like the nettle risotto mentioned by a previous guest. The beautiful gardens and the atmosphere of staying in an authentic castle make it a special experience.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that felt like stepping back in time. The rooms were in a beautiful castle with a unique and historical atmosphere. The hotel staff provided excellent service, even going above and beyond by surprising me with a free cappuccino. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely amazing, with delicious shrimp starters and a mouth-watering venison main course. The high level of comfort and luxurious surroundings made my stay here truly enjoyable.

Spending Christmas at a hilltop castle was a dream come true! the medieval architecture was truly fascinating to look at, and the staff members were more than welcoming. the highlight of the stay was our spacious and comfortably furnished room. the view of the town lights and snow-covered landscapes from our window was breathtaking, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The highest point of the location posed a bit of a challenge while reaching the hotel through the winding roads. the uneven steps leading up to the dining area and the rooms could prove difficult for those with mobility issues.
