I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The location was a bit unnerving at first as a lone traveler, but it turned out to be fantastically convenient. It's within easy walking distance to all the main attractions, such as St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Despite being in the center of the city, it wasn't too crowded with people, which made for a more peaceful atmosphere. The basic amenities in the rooms were comfortable, better than basic though not luxurious. The beds were especially cozy, and the rooms had beautiful fabric on the walls and antique furniture. The breakfast provided was generous and delicious, with a good choice of options. this hotel provided a satisfactory experience.

Although everything was ok, the hot water took some time to come through.

Spacious and beautiful rooms, just like the online photos. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks. Perfectly located off a quiet square, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Conveniently close to Rialto Vaporetto Stop and supermarket.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was superb as it was close to the Rialto Bridge for the boat journey to and from the airport, as well as to St Mark's Square. This made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, taking care of all our enquiries and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, including hot foods, continental items, and even cake. It was a perfect start to our day.

We were delighted by the charming Venetian style of our pretty room at Centauro Hotel. The cloth wallcovering added a touch of elegance. The convenience of being located near San Marco, Rialto, and the Grand Canal, yet away from the main tourist routes, made exploring Venice a breeze. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a beautiful room overlooking a canal and stunning Murano glass chandeliers. We enjoyed the cozy and historic ambiance of the old palazzo. We had such an unbeatable stay in Venice that we have already booked our return for Carnival. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great Easter stay at this hotel. the room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained. the continental breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was key, as it was close to all the main sites in the city. It was just a short walk to Rialto, making it easy to explore Venice on foot.

This hotel was a real gem! Tucked away in a small & quiet alley, yet in the centre of everything. We loved our room with a huge balcony overlooking via del corso, decorated in Venetian style. It came with a private terrace, perfect for enjoying the canal which was used by the gondolas passing by. Breakfast was a treat with espresso made to order, different tastes catered for, and hot food offered, all included.

What a wonderful experience again! It was our second stay at Centauro and we absolutely loved it! The rooms had an authentic old-style charm, were impeccably clean, and had a balcony overlooking the canal. The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The breakfast in the large salon on the canal was truly amazing. Centauro's location, just 5 minutes away from San Marco and Rialto, was perfect. We are already planning to make this our yearly getaway. Thank you Centauro for everything!
