I recently stayed at Kimpton Shinjuku and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The room, although small , was cozy and had all the amenities I needed. I loved the curated design and trendy vibe of the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a delicious selection of organic, homemade options. I highly recommend Kimpton Shinjuku for a memorable stay in Tokyo.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed with exceptional service by the friendly staff at this hotel. The luxurious amenities in the rooms were impressive, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The Spa & wellness centre was a wonderful addition, and the full body massage was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. In the morning, the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the private facilities provided an exclusive touch. The location advantages were also phenomenal, with easy access to the best attractions and restaurants in the area.

The only issue I experienced during my stay at this hotel was the checking time which was later than expected. I would have preferred a slightly earlier check-in time than 3 pm.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfectly situated for exploring the city. The social hour was a great touch, with free drinks and canapes, as was the complimentary breakfast which kept us full all morning.

Our only issue was the late check-in time of 3pm, we would have loved an earlier option to make the most of our trip. it would have been nice if the staff had been wearing nametags so we could address them by name and thank them personally for their excellent service.
