Kimpton in Shinjuku offers a seamless experience from reservation to check-out. the staff is inviting, understanding, and pet-friendly. Rooms are clean, trendy, and well-designed. Amenities for anniversaries and pets are appreciated. Social hour and dinner supervised well. 17th-floor bar provides a great view. In-room yoga mat is a nice touch. Perfect location near main areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Breakfast is fulfilling with a variety of choices.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed with exceptional service by the friendly staff at this hotel. the luxurious amenities in the rooms were impressive, and the attention to detail was impeccable. the Spa & wellness centre was a wonderful addition, and the full body massage was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. In the morning, the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the private facilities provided an exclusive touch.

I would have preferred a slightly earlier check-in time than 3 pm.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location was perfectly situated for exploring the city. the social hour was a great touch, with free drinks and canapes, as was the complimentary breakfast which kept us full all morning.

Our only issue was the late check-in time of 3pm, we would have loved an earlier option to make the most of our trip. it would have been nice if the staff had been wearing nametags so we could address them by name and thank them personally for their excellent service.
