The value for money at this hotel was great, with a nice, clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus terminal and close to non-touristy spots. The staff was hardworking, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.

During my stay at Albergo Centrale, I was pleasantly surprised by the central location, just a minute away from Piazza del Campo. It made it incredibly convenient to explore Siena and all its attractions. The staff, especially Simone, went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, accommodating my change of plans and allowing me to stay an extra night. Additionally, I appreciated being upgraded to a "Palazzo" in a nearby building, which added to the charm of my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Siena.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel in the heart of Siena. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful manager. The room was lovely, with crisp and fresh linen and towels. I paid a little extra for a room with a balcony and it was definitely worth it. The hotel even offered complimentary tea and coffee at the reception. The location was perfect, right in the center but still quiet at night. it was a great experience and I would definitely return.

What an incredible stay! The money we spent on this place was totally worth it. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of our room was mind-blowing, they even cleaned it every single day! And the best part? We were allocated a room with a rooftop balcony, which was totally unexpected but absolutely amazing. We had the most jaw-dropping views while enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Giorgio, the staff member, was super helpful and even brought his adorable well-behaved dog to the hotel. And can we talk about the complimentary tea available all day? Such a nice touch! Lastly, we decided last minute to stay an extra night and take a day trip, and the front desk staff was so helpful in making that happen. While the location was EXCELLENT in terms of being close to all the major sites, it was a bit far from the train station. But that didn't bother us one bit because everything else about our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The bathroom was spacious and impeccable. The location was perfect, with a lot going on due to the Palio festivities. The man running the hotel was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to assist us. The location on a quiet side street was ideal, just a short walk from Piazza Campo with plenty of nearby restaurants. a great stay with a fantastic location and a friendly staff.

Located right in the heart of the old city center, this hotel is a prime spot for exploring all the main attractions on foot. Rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and helpful service. The huge windows offer stunning views, and the receptionist is extremely friendly and informative. Plus, the nearby coffee shop serves superb coffee and tasty pastries to start your day.

Other guests can be noisy in the morning, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Fantastic view from the room, especially of the Campanile. The room had a fridge and a large, clean bathroom. The location was great, with lots of exciting things happening nearby during the New Year festivities.

The lack of a lift was a major inconvenience, especially with the hotel being on the fourth floor. The stairs were exhausting, particularly for those with heavy luggage.
