I had the most wonderful lunch at North Kessock! The service was outstanding, with a cheerful and helpful waitress who made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the caramel cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. The prices were also very affordable, making it a great deal. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful dining experience.

Lovely quiet spot by the water with easy parking. 5 minute drive over the bridge into Inverness. Really nice stroll along the water's edge to blow away the cobwebs. Nice size room with a lovely view. Super comfy bed for a great night's sleep. Excellent, very helpful and friendly restaurant staff. Evening meal was very good indeed. Nicest hotel breakfast I've ever eaten. Made staying away from home on business an absolute pleasure.

Felt safe, no reason to complain.

They made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. the food at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding. We had dinner there on both nights and were blown away by the quality and taste of the dishes. It was definitely worth every penny. the hotel's cleanliness and tidiness impressed us. the rooms were well-maintained and the common areas were spotless.

The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable. After a long drive to the hotel, we were hoping for a good night's rest, but unfortunately, the bed was too firm and we ended up tossing and turning throughout the night.

The family-run establishment was incredibly attentive and accommodating, making my 6-night stay a memorable one. Despite the unpredictable weather on my NC500 journey, the hotel staff unfortunately couldn't control the camper vans and cloud that dampened my experience.
