The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also has a great restaurant and a pleasant bar by the lake. it's a peaceful and relaxing place for a romantic holiday or a family vacation.

The breakfast selection could be improved, with limited choices and a sense of monotony.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel nestled in a picturesque valley. The location was simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It was such a peaceful spot to wake up to every morning, especially with the lake right in front of the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a room with a nice view. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good selection of Italian dishes, including fresh croissants and delicious cappuccino.

Easter was amazing, the mountains were still snow-capped and the air was crisp. the view from the room was breathtaking, it was exactly what I wanted. Free parking and friendly staff. the surrounding area was peaceful, serene, and perfect for a relaxing stay.

The bathroom was not well-maintained, and the breakfast was very disappointing.
