charme & chic luxury was even better than my previous stays in rome. the location near the pantheon was perfect, and the wifi was strong for my work. the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. i'll definitely be back.

Great location just steps away from major attractions and with easy access to restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleaning lady even let us check in early. The communication with the host was easy through WhatsApp. The breakfast at a nearby restaurant was tasty and had a beautiful view.

The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, which disrupted our sleep. Communication with the host was sometimes difficult, as he didn't always respond to our WhatsApp messages.

The location was fantastic, allowing us to explore the city on foot within 30 minutes. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of a nearby church. We also appreciated the blackout shutters on the windows and the air conditioning, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even accommodating our early arrival by allowing us to store our bags until our room was ready.

Nothing not to love.

The location was unreal - within minutes we were at the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi! We had so much fun exploring all the famous sights of Rome. The room was super spacious and clean, and the daily service was a big plus. Marina, the staff member, was so helpful and answered all our questions super quickly. Thanks Marina, you rock!

The only thing we wished for was a bigger social area for young party-goers like us. It would have been awesome to have a cool hangout spot in the hotel to meet other travelers and have some fun.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Loved having an art gallery and designer stores right at the hotel. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a savior, and the roundtrip airport shuttle made me feel like a real VIP.

Who needs customer service anyways? The lack of information, dirty glasses, and broken shower door all added to the charm of this "luxury" establishment.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the location of Charme & Chic Luxury. It's right near the iconic Pantheon, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The strong WiFi signal was a big plus for me, as I often need to work during my trips. The rooms, whether it was the Diamante or Platino, were always clean and well-equipped with everything I needed.
