The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is close to the bus station, the port for boat trips to the islands, and it's easy to reach Pompeii and Vesuvius. It is also conveniently located near all the tourist attractions, such as the royal palace, the opera house, the new castle, and the cathedral. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk away from the Funigulare, which takes you to the top of the mountain castle San Elmo and Museo di San Martino.

The room sizes at this hotel were a bit small, and some of them felt a bit gloomy due to their location towards the streets. However, this did not negatively impact my overall experience at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in Naples. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. Even though it was pouring rain, the area felt safe and I didn't have to worry about my belongings. The hotel was also very close to the opera, which was a plus. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had complimentary toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. a great experience.

That there was no kettle in the room for a cup of tea in the evenings.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving. the hotel was in an excellent location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. the breakfast was also tasty with a good variety of options. One more advantage was the helpful and polite staff always ready to assist us with anything.

The room had a strong smell of damp or mold, which was quite off-putting. the noise from the street was quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

We loved the perfect location of this hotel. It was adjacent to Via Toledo and the Piazza San Francesco Di Paola, making it easy to explore the bustling Naples shopping area and all the tourist attractions. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the bus station and the port for easy access to the islands. Transportation was a breeze, with taxis and the subway within a ten-minute walk. The breakfast provided was continental style with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The staff were helpful and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is awesome - walking distance to several of the sights and the harbor area. The staff were super helpful, even organizing fixed prices taxi to the airport which was amazing.

Some additional glazing may be needed as our room was a bit noisy.
