The room was comfy, the breakfast was quite nice, and one front desk person stood out for being exceptionally friendly. Although the pool bar hours were limited, overall, the stay was enjoyable. Perhaps enhancing the pool bar experience and extending its operating hours could further improve the guest experience.

staying at the Key was wonderful. the room had all necessities, even a coffee machine. the pool area was clean and quiet, and the staff was helpful. the location had a shuttle to the area we wanted to visit, and the breakfast was decent. overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West at The Keys Collection was exceptional. The room was spacious, elegant, and meticulously clean, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Key West. The on-site bar and the sauna added a touch of luxury to the experience, while the free Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout my stay.

The only minor downside was the slightly uncomfortable bedding for two adults. The top sheets and blankets did not comfortably fit both of us, resulting in constant readjustment.

My recent stay at this hotel was just what I needed for a relaxing vacation. the staff was awesome, always smiling and willing to help, especially in the evening when I had questions about the shuttle service and directions. the breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, nice juices, and a nice variety of options to start the day right. the pool area was perfect for unwinding, the bar was inviting, and the bed was comfy for a good night's sleep.
