our second stay in venice was even better thanks to city apartments san marco. the spacious and centrally located property exceeded our expectations. the views from our windows immersed us in the city's charm, especially for our children. communication and arrival process were excellent.

The location of this apartment is simply unbeatable. It is very close to the iconic St Mark's Square, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Additionally, it is located in a narrow street, offering an authentic Venetian experience. The apartment itself had a great layout, especially the TRIS apartment, and was well-decorated with wooden floors and stylish decor throughout.

Everything was fantastic.

The lady who met us and guided us to the apartment was invaluable - we would have gotten lost without her. Ideal location for exploring Venice. Plenty of room in the apartment and the roof terrace was a dream. Beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean and well-equipped.

The room itself is elegant and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay. The apartment also offers a lovely view of the quaint canals, adding to the charm of the place.

The check-in process can be confusing and time-consuming, causing some stress upon arrival.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city close to San Marco Square. Super convenient with a patisserie just 10 metres away for breakfast. The apartment was spacious with 6 beds, two bathrooms and fast wi-fi. The host was friendly and professional. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had great views. The central location made it easy to explore without needing to use public transportation.

the apartment was spacious and well located, making it easy for us to visit all the places we wanted to see. Even though we were only three people, the apartment had enough beds to comfortably accommodate six. Having two bathrooms was also a great convenience. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the air conditioning, although needing a bit of improvement in terms of strength and circulation, was a bonus. the location couldn't have been better, as we were just a five-minute walk away from the Basilica, with a view of both the Basilica and the tower from our windows. the apartment's courtyard added to its charm.

Not one thing ❌

I had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment in the heart of Venice. The location couldn't have been better, with a nearby square and pier just steps away. I loved being close to shops and having the convenience of exploring the city on foot. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although there wasn't breakfast provided, the apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, as it was close to San Marco Square, the canals, and a nearby square. The apartment was classy, quiet, and had a lovely view of the little canals. We loved having lazy breakfasts and doing some simple cooking.
