The hotel is a hidden paradise with tranquil fountains, spotless rooms, and impeccable facilities. The breakfasts are excellent with fresh fruit and perfect eggs. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make guests comfortable. The location is great, close to everything. it was an excellent stay.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic area. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The rooftop pool and terrace were beautiful, offering a stunning view of San Pedro Cathedral. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I even had breakfast delivered to my room every morning, a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, with ample closet space and 2 large bathrooms. The rooftop pool was beautiful, and the breakfast options were delicious. The staff, especially Angelica and James, were incredibly nice and accommodating. The location was perfect, right across from the pier where most excursions leave from, and in the heart of the historic district.

I recently stayed at Casa Claver for a week-long family vacation. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and plentiful options. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop pool, which was small but never crowded. The hotel also had a fantastic whirlpool and pool on the first floor that we enjoyed. Our loft was spacious and had a washer and dryer, which was a wonderful convenience. The beds and linens were great, and the bathrooms were modern and spotless. The personal attention and friendliness of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We were able to easily explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The design of the hotel was also impressive, with beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the city.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The room we were assigned was noisy and felt cramped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Claver! The breakfast provided every morning was amazing, and the pool was refreshing after a long day out. The boutique had a homey and quaint feel, with not too many people around. The staff exceeded our expectations and the location was convenient for exploring the city. They also had great recommendations for excursions and arranged our travel needs upon request.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Claver Loft Boutique! The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city without exhausting walks. The staff, especially Carlos and Angie, were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. The included breakfast was delicious and the aesthetic of the hotel was perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Cartagena. we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

The premium loft room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, with plenty of closet space for all five of us. The two huge bathrooms were a major plus. The living and eating area was perfect for our group. And let's not forget about the beautiful upstairs pool! The breakfast options were delicious, and the service provided by Angelica and James was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Cartagena.

The hotel had a modern and spacious room with great AC, which was especially important during the hot Christmas weather. The rooftop pool was cozy and provided a nice view. The location was excellent, close to everything in the heart of the city.

It would have been nice if the hotel had a bar or restaurant on-site, as well as the option to order a drink by the pool. The breakfast system was a bit inconvenient, as you had to choose the night before and set an alarm for it.

Staying here was a fantastic experience for me. It's located between two beautiful churches and it is super convenient to explore the area. The room service was great, and I enjoyed the car hire and bicycle hire services. The staff was very helpful, and I loved the welcome drink I received upon arrival.
