The hotel's location was perfect, with a market and the famous restaurant Za Za close by. We were able to walk to all the attractions within 10 minutes. We were impressed that they had our room ready for us even though we arrived early. the room on the second floor had a charming bed and breakfast feel, and was very comfortable. the bathroom was clean and the staff at the front desk were very helpful, providing us with maps and information about the area. the breakfast in the morning was a great start to our day.

I recently stayed at Hotel Collodi in Florence for a short trip with a friend. The staff, especially Nadine, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with car rental return, dining suggestions, and train ticket purchases. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Duomo and the train terminal. Our room was cute and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good selection of food and coffee. We also enjoyed the surprise sitting space on the roof.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was convenient, with a garage just around the corner. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main sights, local restaurants, and the central market with its entertaining food stations. It was also very close to the rail station and the indoor fruit & veg market. The breakfast offered a simple but acceptable selection, with pastries, yogurts, coffee, and tea. The staff were friendly and always ready to help when asked. a wonderful experience!

Great Location and Incredible Staff! the hotel was perfectly situated near San Lorenzo and the Central Market, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect way to start our days in Florence. the WiFi was also excellent, allowing us to stay connected during our Christmas vacation.

Small Room and Thin Walls. the only downside to our stay was that our room was a bit small, but we had brought too much luggage with us.

The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us in getting passes to the Uffizi. The room was delightful with its old ceiling beam and outlook onto the interesting lane. The location was perfect, close to all the iconic buildings and within walking distance of the river. The surprise sitting space on the roof was a bonus. The breakfast was complete with an espresso machine, fruits, juices, and self-service options in a cozy space.
