The room was small but well-organized, with everything I needed. the bathroom was clean and the air conditioning was perfect. the staff at Colombo Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me. the location was ideal, just a short walk from both the central station and the metro. I also appreciated the free wifi in the room. Although the breakfast option was included in the rate, I decided to explore the nearby area with its abundance of delicious food options. a great experience!

We stayed at Hotel Colombo for 5 nights during our vacation in Naples. The rooms were impeccably clean and housekeeping did a great job of keeping them spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and a map of the city. We also appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage until the evening on our last day. The breakfast offered good quality and fresh options, perfect for starting our day.

It is also in close proximity to Napoli Centrale station, making it a perfect base to explore the city and its surrounding attractions. Furthermore, the hotel is situated in an area which is home to the original pizza restaurant in Naples, providing guests with the opportunity to indulge in authentic Italian cuisine.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Central Station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes. The continental breakfast and made-to-order coffee were delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. a nice small hotel with friendly staff and a great local area.

Over Easter, my stay was pleasant in many ways. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that included a variety of delicious pastries and yogurts. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the train and bus stations, ensuring that we could easily move around the city. we were able to visit many sites on foot. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection was strong, making it easy to stay connected with the outside world.

The biggest issue was the noise level that disrupted our sleep. Adjoining rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear conversations from the rooms next to us.

Despite the lively neighborhood with street markets, the hotel was clean and secure. the room, albeit small, was well-equipped with amenities such as a safe, mini fridge, and flat screen TV. the breakfast, although basic, was sufficient. we found Colombo to be a lovely and comfortable hotel.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Colombo. The room was small but comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, close to the train station and historic center. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me a map and suggestions for places to visit.

our previous stay in Naples was pleasant, but our recent stay at a hotel in the city exceeded all expectations. From the friendly and multilingual staff to the clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning, everything at this hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect for train travel to Sorrento, Vesuvius, and Pompeii.

Bathroom needed some improvements.

We stayed at a hotel near the train station, which was extremely convenient as we could easily catch buses or trains to explore the city. The central location also meant we were just a short walk away from Piazza Garibaldi, the main public transport hub, where we could find restaurants and shops. The room we had was small but comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service, always offering helpful information and being attentive to our needs. The cleanliness of the room was also commendable, and we even had a mini fridge to store our drinks and snacks.

The WiFi at the hotel was quite unreliable, which was a bit of a hassle, especially when we needed to book train tickets online.
