Scheduled electricity outage caused disruption, lifts were out of service for 15 minutes!!! Some areas could use a refresh for a more modern feel!!!

The room on the executive floor was well-maintained, featuring essentials like a UPS for added security during potential power shortages. The location next to the subway made exploring the city effortless, and I enjoyed the comprehensive breakfast buffet, which offered a fantastic mix of Western and Asian choices, including some delightful baguettes. However, the bed was slightly short for taller guests, and while the layout of the bathroom was practical, some areas of the hotel could benefit from a refresh.

The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the

late checkout option they provided. The location next to a metro station was fantastic for getting around Shanghai. My room was spacious and well-maintained, but I did notice that some areas of the hotel could use a bit of freshening up.

I loved how easy it was to get around! The metro was just steps from the hotel, making trips to the Bund a breeze. Plus, the staff was super helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast had a nice mix of dishes, which kept our mornings interesting!

I loved the location right next to the metro. it made daily excursions into Shanghai a breeze! The on-site restaurant offered diverse and delicious options, but the cleanliness was hit and miss. Remember to confirm any additional fees beforehand to avoid surprises.

jianguo hotel offers a great variety for breakfast every day, and the location is super convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. the room was clean and spacious. They had in-room massages available, which were a nice touch.

a bit of a refresh would really enhance the overall vibe.

This place was a cozy surprise. The location was spot-on, just a quick taxi away from all the central spots and the nearby shopping malls were perfect for killing time. The breakfast had something for everyone, from sushi to pastries! Oh, and room service was attentive, they really made you feel taken care of.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for the experience.

We loved how close the subway was. it made it easy to visit the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, just a short ride away! The room was spacious, and the breakfast offered a great variety, catering to both Western and Asian tastes, which kept my older kids happy.
