The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the area. It was conveniently situated near all the amenities in town, making it easy to get around. The welcome we received from the hotel staff was warm and inviting, creating a positive impression right from the start. I was also impressed by the hotel's commitment to zero waste, it was great to see them taking steps to be eco-friendly. The dining room staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Paulo at the reception was a standout, always helpful and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment provided on two nights during our stay, it was top-notch. The rooms at the hotel were kept clean and tidy by the friendly housekeeping staff. One thing that we particularly enjoyed was the fridge in our room, it was convenient for keeping our drinks cool. And last but not least, the sea view from the balcony was simply breathtaking.

While the food at the hotel was generally decent, there were times when the choices for dinner fell short of what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was one night when the main options were fried cheese sandwiches and rabbit stew, which was a disappointment.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to everything and not right in the tourist center. Guests mentioned being met at a lower reception area and transported by a golf buggy up a long covered tunnel to the main reception area. The hotel also has an outside covered area near the carpark where luggage can be stored. The rooms have comfortable beds and some offer great views, like a sea view or a view of Mount Vesuvius. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection of options.

People were queuing up early to reserve the best spots, but then not using them for hours. It would have been nice if the staff had monitored this and made more sun bed options available.

I recently stayed at Conca Park for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were welcoming and spoke great English. Our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and a view of Vesuvius from the fifth floor. The restaurant offered delicious food choices and the pool had plenty of loungers. The hotel's communal areas were beautifully styled, and the hotel entertainment was outstanding.
