It was spacious, well-designed, and had a full window door that let in plenty of natural light. the hotel staff, especially the first receptionist, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They even gave me a drink voucher as a welcome and thank you gesture. the reception was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. the room itself was clean and nicely designed, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving experience! Our room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary chocolates and coffee available in our room. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy all the festivities. We especially enjoyed watching the holiday parade from our room's window - what a treat!
