Good food and spa facilities, excellent location in a scenic area surrounded by mountains. Plenty of snow for skiing.

Rooms were old and dated, with uncomfortable beds and no proper heating. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and did not speak English very well.

The hotel is fantastic - friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing food, great facilities. Comfortable rooms with great waterfall showers. Pool and spa are great. Plenty of parking and storage for skis. Food is a highlight with lots of choices. Dairy-free options available. Cedric's wine recommendations are top class.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated near the center of Andalo, which made exploring the area so convenient. The staff here provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious stay. We particularly loved the terrace and garden furniture, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners. The spa and wellness center were a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a range of spa treatments to choose from. We left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, thanks to the amazing facilities and services provided.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. You won't be disappointed.
