I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the city center. I was able to easily walk around and explore the nearby attractions. The staff at this hotel was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of delicious food, and the restaurant staff was very attentive. I was very impressed with the service and quality of this hotel.

The hotel is centrally situated and can only be recommended to any visitor coming to Aktau. The staff, especially Assem from reception, went totally out of her way to make sure we had a smooth experience, even helping us with customs formalities. Service at its best!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Aktau and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The lobby provided a relaxing space to unwind. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were excellent, demonstrating exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Xmas here and it was great! the room was a good size, clean and comfortable - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the location was amazing, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. They even provided a large bottle of drinking water which was great. To top it off, the staff were really friendly and efficient, ensuring we had a good stay.

Our room was a bit noisy, we could hear the street noise, but it wasn't too bad. the amenities were prepared for one person only which was a bit inconvenient, but the staff were able to rectify the issue quickly.
