Strong, bountiful shower with hot/cold options. Unexpected upgrade from single to double bed. Smiley, helpful staff assisted with taxis and questions, especially the English-speaking girls at reception. Enjoyed free open-air bands outside saloon. Polite, friendly staff in restaurant, saloon, and park. Satisfying cowboy-style food. Lovely experience.

The shower had great water pressure and temperature control. I appreciated the unexpected room upgrade. The staff members were very friendly and went out of their way to assist me, especially the ones who spoke English. The location was perfect for enjoying the free open-air music performances by the saloon at night.

If travelling by train, it can be challenging to find a taxi from the train station. However, the hotel offered assistance in arranging a driver.
