I keep coming back for the friendly staff and cozy rooms. They helped me find my lost ring once. the amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar, shuttle service, fitness center, and pool make it my perfect choice. I'll be back for New Year.

From the spacious and modern rooms to the jaw-dropping lobby with a bar, work stations, and pool table, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The warm and friendly staff made check-in a breeze and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The free airport shuttle was a huge plus, and the location was perfect - close to the highway but away from the city's hustle and bustle. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when visiting!

the property, which is combined with Tru, felt very new and everything was fresh and clean. the lobby was amazing with a bar, clever work stations, welcoming tables, and even a pool table. the associates who checked me in were warm and friendly, despite the busy atmosphere. the room I booked last minute was a king suite style room and it was huge and spotless. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the furniture was modern and cozy. the breakfast exceeded my expectations with its layout, cleanliness, and variety. the hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service to the airport. I had an amazing experience and will definitely stay here again if I return to Charlotte.
