Had an Easter break at a hotel in the Alps. the food was very impressive, especially the local dishes. the staff were friendly and helpful which really made a difference. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the cable car and to the pedestrianized area.

The WiFi didn't work and the hotel did not offer boot heaters, so our boots were wet the next day. the noise from the cars and delivery trucks was disturbing.

The hotel had a beautiful decoration and cozy common areas with comfortable sofas where you could relax and unwind after a long day. the bar was a great place to grab a drink and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. the location of the hotel was perfect, centrally located and close to all the main attractions and amenities of the city. The dinner service at the restaurant was also excellent, with friendly staff and delicious food and beverages. the facilities and amenities provided a wonderful experience during my stay.
