Had an Easter break at a hotel in the Alps. The food was very impressive, especially the local dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful which really made a difference. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the cable car and to the pedestrianized area.

The WiFi didn't work and the hotel did not offer boot heaters, so our boots were wet the next day. The noise from the cars and delivery trucks was disturbing.

The dinner service at the restaurant was also excellent, with friendly staff and delicious food and beverages. the facilities and amenities provided a wonderful experience during my stay.
