The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, from assisting us with transportation issues to arranging spa services. This place is located on the hillside with amazing views of the town and sea. The staff is very friendly and the service is impressive. This hotel offers many amenities, like a swimming pool, spa centre, rooftop pool and fitness centre. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful balconies or terraces. Housekeeping and room service are great. The waiters and waitresses at breakfast and dinner were wonderful.

Located just a stone's throw from the train station, this hotel provides a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area. The friendly staff at the front desk were happy to help us order a taxi for our day trip to Napoli airport. There are also plenty of shops in Sorrento where you can pick up souvenirs and local specialties.

We did notice a slight lack of variety in the house lagers and wines available at the hotel's bar.
