The staff at Croux were incredibly kind and always provided helpful advice. They made our stay wonderful. the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with nice mountain-style interiors. the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the pedestrian area and close to the resort center. I also appreciated the complimentary rides to the cable car. the breakfast was delicious, offering both continental options and fresh scrambled eggs or crepes. the balcony had beautiful views.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming mountain hotel in Courmayeur. The central location made it easy for me to explore the village and enjoy all the attractions. Although I came for skiing, the hotel provided a convenient shuttle to the lifts. The rooms were comfortable, albeit a bit worn out, but the bathroom was the only area that showed signs of wear. The hotel had lovely common areas like a small bar and library, where I could relax and unwind. The basement saunas were well maintained and provided a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and enjoyable mountain getaway.

This hotel in the center of town is a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that every need was met. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast was fantastic, with eggs cooked to order and a stunning view to enjoy while sipping on fabulous coffee and hot chocolate.

The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of quality food options. The hotel facilities, such as the Turkish steam room and communal rooms for board games, added to the overall enjoyable experience.

We recently stayed at Hotel Croux for a family holiday with 3 children and grandparents. The value for money was great, and the hotel was clean with helpful and friendly owners. The shuttle bus to the slopes, as well as the extra service of taking my son to his lunchtime lesson, was highly appreciated. The manager, Ugo, provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. The town itself was lovely, with beautiful views and friendly people. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of town, and they even provided a baby cot and a dedicated play area for the kids. The breakfast was nice and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The staff spoke English and we were able to check in early. The property had beautiful views, a lovely yard with picnic tables, and ample parking. The linens were great, and the balcony added to the overall experience.

It would have been nice to have a busier apres-ski scene or a bar near the gondola for more entertainment options. The resort seemed to cater more to sophisticated crowds, which may not be ideal for those seeking a livelier atmosphere.
